REELFOOT BANK’S “CUSTOMER HOT LINE” TELEPHONE BANKING

ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION 24 HOURS A DAY FROM ANY PHONE ANYWHERE

With Reelfoot Bank’s “Customer Hot Line”, you can access information on your checking, savings, and loans, certificates of deposits and IRA’s at your convenience.  All you need is your account number and your personal identification number (PIN).  Using a touchtone phone, call Reelfoot Bank (731) 885-9499 inside Obion County or 1-800-730-9499 (outside Obion County), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.    You will hear the Main Menu of general services.  You may listen to the entire menu and choose the desired service by pressing the appropriate button.  The “Customer Hot Line” allows you to transfer funds between your checking and savings accounts, or to make loan payments.

For faster service, you can press the button for the service you want anytime during the message.

BEFORE YOU USE “CUSTOMER HOT LINE”

It’s important that we give you a few hints and explanations before you call the “Customer Hot Line”.

  • The system operates using a Touch Tone Phone.
  • You can find your Checking Account Number on your last statement and at the bottom of your checks.
    (It’s the number in the center of your checks.)
  • Your Loan Account Number is on your last loan account statement
  • Personal Identification Number (PIN)

Your first call to the “Customer Hot Line” will require that you enter your social security number.  This must be the number of the first name (primary) on the account.  Immediately
after entering this number you will be prompted to enter a permanent PIN number followed by verification of the number.

Be sure and enter a number that is not easily associated with you.

If later you forget your PIN, speak with a Reelfoot Bank representative.
