On Monday, April 9, Access Manager, Business Online, and Retail Online will no longer run on TLS 1.0 and 1.1. Users need to follow these steps to ensure access by enabling version 1.2

How to Enable Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2
1. From your internet browser, select Tools, then Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced Tab, and scroll down to Security section
3. Ensure TLS 1.2 is checked, if not check TLS 1.2 and select, Apply, OK.
4. Do not uncheck TLS 1.0 and 1.1.

E-Statements

An E-Statement is an electronic version of your Reelfoot Bank, A Division of Security Bank and Trust, account statement that is emailed to your designated e-mail address.

Your E-Statement has all the information that you currently see on your monthly printed statements, including your check images.

You will need to log into your online banking @ reelfootbank.com with the appropriate credentials. Your e-statements will be listed inside the online banking under an “e-statement” tab. There can be up to 12 months of the statements archived. Further statements can be downloaded to your PC.

E-Statements are a convenient and secure way to receive and track your regular statements. Your E-Statement will arrive about four days faster than a typical paper statement.
