On Monday, April 9, Access Manager, Business Online, and Retail Online will no longer run on TLS 1.0 and 1.1. Users need to follow these steps to ensure access by enabling version 1.2

How to Enable Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2
1. From your internet browser, select Tools, then Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced Tab, and scroll down to Security section
3. Ensure TLS 1.2 is checked, if not check TLS 1.2 and select, Apply, OK.
4. Do not uncheck TLS 1.0 and 1.1.

Direct Deposit

Sign up for direct deposit for your Social Security or payroll checks and you will no longer need to worry about a lost or stolen check. With Direct Deposit, you know your money is in the bank! No need to rush to the bank to make your deposit.

Wire Transfer Service

Wire transfer services are provided to our customers. The fee for an outgoing domestic wire transfer is $20.00. An incoming domestic wire transfer for credit to a customer's account is FREE. The fee for an outgoing international wire is $75.00. An incoming foreign wire is FREE. Reelfoot Bank, A Division of Security Bank and Trust,  does not send or accept wires for non-customers. Information needed for an outgoing wire transfer includes the following:

  • Your name, physical address and account number
  • Your phone number
  • Your social security number
  • Destination bank name and physical address
  • Beneficiary name, physical address and account number

Wires may be originated in person at any of our convenient locations. Only owners on an account or authorized signors may originate a wire against an account. Certain wires are subject to phone back verification. The phone number on the account will be contacted. Certain wires received will require a fax authorization to complete.An incoming wire must be received for credit to an account, which has the exact name as the beneficiary on the wire. If the name on the account and the name on the wire beneficiary information differ it will be necessary for the wire to be returned to the originating bank. Other arrangements can be made between a Reelfoot Bank, A Division of Security Bank and Trust,  customer and the beneficiary of the incoming wire if it is necessary.
