On Monday, April 9, Access Manager, Business Online, and Retail Online will no longer run on TLS 1.0 and 1.1. Users need to follow these steps to ensure access by enabling version 1.2

How to Enable Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2
1. From your internet browser, select Tools, then Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced Tab, and scroll down to Security section
3. Ensure TLS 1.2 is checked, if not check TLS 1.2 and select, Apply, OK.
4. Do not uncheck TLS 1.0 and 1.1.

With Mobile Remote Deposit, you can save yourself a trip to the bank by depositing checks using our Mobile Banking App. It's easy, safe and the most convenient way to deposit checks.

Getting Started is Easy:

  1. If you don't currently bank with us, open a Reelfoot Bank checking account
  2. Sign up for Online Banking
  3. Download our Mobile Banking App or update to the latest version if already installed (iPhone or Android phone)

  4. Use your Online Banking Username and Password to login
  5. Tap the "Deposits" tab and follow the instructions to get approved for Mobile Remote Deposit
  6. After approved Simply tap Deposit to deposit your check(s) and follow the prompts


Tips For all Users:

  1. Place check on a dark well lit surface for best image
  2. Make sure that check image is clear and readable (if you can't read it, we can't read it)
  3. Make sure that all edges of the check are in within the viewing area


Important Deposit Requirements:

  1. Endorsement- All Checks MUST have the date, your account number and the words "FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT" (Note: If check isn't properly endorsed with date,  account number and "For Mobile Deposit" then IT WILL BE REJECTED)
  2. Please make sure that the image of the check is clear and all information is readable. (Hint: place check on dark surface and in a well-lit area)
  3. Store Deposited check in a secure place and destroy after your deposit has been processed. Reelfoot Bank may ask you to resubmit or provide original check if there is an issue with your deposit.  (Keep for a minimum of  2 weeks then void and destroy)
