Would you like to be paid for every SIGNATURE BASED* "POINT-OF-SALE" transaction you conduct with your REELFOOT BANK debit card? If your answer is YES, here are the simple steps to take:

STEP 1: Determine

Do you have a high volume of low dollar purchases?

If you answer is YES, you will choose monthly reward that pays $.10 per signature based transaction when your statement cuts.

OR

Do you have high dollar purchases? If your answer to this question is YES, you will choose annual payment each year with payment based on layered tiers as follows:

• .25% $ 1 to $ 3,500
• .50% $ 3,501 to $7,000
• .75% $ 7,001 to $10,000
• 1.00% $ 10,001 to $60,000

STEP 2: Sign up in person at any of our locations, on-line or over the telephone.

To sign up online you may go to our Contact Us Request Form. Fill in the appropriate fields, and in the Comments and Questions field, let us know that you would like to be enrolled in the Debit Card Program and if you would like to be paid Monthly or Annually.

OR

If you are an Online Banking customer, log into your Online Banking go to the Contact Page and click "Add Message". Fill out the appropriate field and in the Message field, let us know that you would like to be enrolled in the Debit Card Program and if you would like to be paid Monthly or Annually.

* Signature based transactions means the transaction is treated as a credit transaction andyou do not use your PIN #. If PIN # is used, this is a debit transaction for which you will receive no payment.
